CLASSIC TOMATO SANDWICH

Ingredients:

For sandwich:
4 slices white bread
1 large beef tomato
2-4 tablespoons Dukes Mayo (to taste)
kosher salt
cracked pepper

Instructions:

Cutting tomatoes to thick slices and set them apart. Spread mayonnaise generously on each slice of bread.

Placing tomato slice on one slice of bread also sprinkle salt also pepper to taste.

Add the last slice of bread on top to make the sandwich.

Enjoy!
