Ingredients:
2 ½ cups milk
¾ cup sauerkraut, drained and chopped°
½ cup white sugar
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ tsp salt
1 pie shell (9 inches)
Instructions:
-Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
-In a large bowl, combine milk, sauerkraut, sugar, eggs, vanilla and salt.
-Pour mixture into base to bake at 425 degrees F ( 220 degrees C) for 35 minutes, or until a knife inserted into the filling 1 inch from the edge comes out clean.
