About 250 milliliters (around 3/4 cup) of unflavored water
10 grams of powdered yeast (one packet)
8 grams of salt (about 1 teaspoon)
1 tablespoon (15 milliliters) of vegetable oil
50 milliliters (3.5 tablespoons) of avocado oil
