Ingredients:
1 box of Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix
1 teaspoon of garlic
1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
Cangrejo:
1 pound of crab meat in one piece, make sure it is completely cooked.
1/4 teaspoon of paprika
Half a teaspoon of onion powder.
1/2 cup of mayonnaise
1 tablespoon of mustard
Half of a package of Ritz crackers, crushed.
1 cup of shredded parmesan cheese
Instructions:
-Prepare the cookie dough following the instructions on the package, then set it aside.
-Heat the oven to 375 degrees. Use nonstick spray to coat two muffin trays.
-Mix the crab meat with paprika, onion powder, mustard, mayonnaise, and crushed crackers in a bowl.
-Mix thoroughly, adding more mayonnaise if necessary.
-Using a spoon, put some biscuit dough on your hand that has been sprinkled with flour. Make a biscuit in the shape of a cup.
-Put a spoonful of the crab mixture into the center of the biscuit.
-Put some more dough on top of the biscuit.
-Keep going until you have used up all the dough.
-Put each cookie in a muffin tin.
-Cook in the oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
-Coat with a mix of melted butter and 1 teaspoon of lemon juice.
