Ingredients:
2 boxes (8.8 oz each) cheese-filled Ritz Bits
¾ cup butter, melted
2 teaspoons garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
1 ½ teaspoons Italian seasoning
1 ½ cups grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
-Preheat your oven to 375°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
-Place the Ritz Bits in a large mixing bowl and set aside.
-In a separate bowl, melt the butter and whisk in the garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning until well combined.
-Pour the seasoned butter over the Ritz Bits and gently toss to coat them evenly.
-Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the crackers and toss again to ensure everything is evenly coated.
-Spread the crackers out in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
-Bake for 7-9 minutes, or until the crackers are golden and the cheese is lightly toasted.
-Remove from the oven and allow the crackers to cool completely before transferring them to an airtight container or resealable bag for storage.
