Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 (1 oz) packet ranch dressing mix
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- ½ cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
Instructions
- Lightly coat your slow cooker with nonstick spray or a bit of butter.
- Arrange the chicken breasts in a single layer on the bottom.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the ranch dressing mix, softened cream cheese, and chicken broth until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken, spreading it evenly.
- Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours, until the chicken is tender and easy to shred.

- Just before serving, top with crumbled bacon and a sprinkle of fresh green onions.
- Serve warm—straight from the slow cooker if you like—and enjoy every creamy, savory bite!
