There’s something so comforting about a pot of softly simmering apples filling the house with warm spices. This version brings all the charm of those beloved country-style fried apples, but with the ease of a slow cooker. The apples turn perfectly tender, bathed in a buttery, cinnamon-kissed glaze that feels right at home on a holiday table—or just alongside a simple weeknight meal when you’re craving something warm and familiar.
