Bacon Wrapped Brussel Sprouts (air fryer)

Ingredients:

2Tbsp olive oil

2Tbsp balsamic vinegar

2 cloves garlic

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

-Mix together.

-Add 1 & 1/2 pounds brussell sprouts – washed (halved if needed).

-Toss to coat.

-Wrap each one in a half piece of bacon and secure with a toothpick.

-Cook 15 minutes in an air fryer (400F).
