Chicken Pot Pie Pasta

Ingredients:

8 oz penne pasta
2 tbsp butter
1 onion, diced
2 carrots, diced
2 celery stalks, diced
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup milk
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
1 cup frozen peas
1 sheet puff pastry

Instructions:

-Cook the penne according to package instructions; drain and set aside.

-In a large skillet, melt butter and sauté the onion, carrots, celery, and garlic until softened.

-Stir in chicken broth, milk, cooked chicken, and peas. Simmer for a few minutes until heated through.

-Toss the cooked pasta with the chicken mixture, then transfer to a baking dish.

-Cover with a sheet of puff pastry and bake at 375°F for 25-30 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown.
