Ingredients:
2 pounds sirloin tips, cubed
1/2 yellow onion, chopped
2 (10.75 ounces) cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 cup milk
1/2 cup red wine
1 (1.25 ounce) package beef with onion soup mix
2 (16 ounce) packages egg noodles
Directions:
-Heat the large skillet over medium heat (or even a slow cooker). Saute beef sirloin tips with your onions in a hot skillet until the beef is browned for about 10-minutes.Stir cream of mushroom soup, red wine, milk, and beef together with onion soup in a mixing bowl. Now, pour into the skillet, and stir to cover the meat in the soup mixture. Bring it into a simmer, decrease the heat to low, place a cover on the skillet, and cook the beef tips until tender for about 2 – 3 hours.
-Decrease the heat to the lowest setting and proceed cooking until the beef pulls apart quickly with a fork, at least 4 hours more.
-Bring a large pot of mildly salted water to a boil. Cook egg noodles in hot water, occasionally stirring until cooked through but firm for about 5 minutes. Then Drain.
-Now, lay the beef tips stew over egg noodles.
