Ingredients:
1/3 cup olive oil
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 garlic clove, minced
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
2 cans (16.3 oz each) large refrigerated flaky biscuits
2 cups shredded mozzarella
1/4 cup grated Parmesan
20 pepperoni slices, halved
1/2 cup marinara sauce (plus extra for dipping)
Fresh basil (optional)
Instructions:
-Preheat oven to 350°F. In a bowl, microwave olive oil, Italian seasoning, garlic, and red pepper flakes for 30 seconds. Let cool slightly.
-Cut each biscuit into quarters. Toss with the oil mixture, then add mozzarella, Parmesan, and pepperoni. Mix well.
-In a greased bundt pan, layer half the biscuit mixture and drizzle with 1/4 cup marinara. Repeat with the remaining mixture.
-Bake for 40 minutes or until golden. Let cool for 10 minutes, then invert onto a serving plate.
-Serve with extra marinara and top with fresh basil if desired.
