Tennessee Onions

Ingredients:

3-4 Vidalia sweet onions
4 tbsp unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
1 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp oregano
1 cup finely shredded Italian blend cheese
1 cup finely shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup finely shredded Parmesan cheese

Directions:

-Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

-Slice onions into ¼-inch thick rings and spread them evenly in the dish.

-Season with salt, garlic powder, and oregano, then dot with butter.

-Sprinkle the cheeses evenly over the onions.

-Bake for 35-40 minutes until the cheese is golden and bubbly.

-Serve warm and enjoy!
