Method
- Arrange pork chops in an even layer in the bottom of a slow cooker.
- Pour cream of chicken soup over the pork chops. Fill the empty soup can with water and add to the slow cooker.
- Sprinkle ranch dressing mix evenly over the soup-covered pork chops.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours, keeping the lid closed during cooking.
- Carefully remove pork chops with tongs and spoon sauce over top when serving.
Notes
Serve over mashed potatoes, rice, or egg noodles to enjoy the creamy gravy. Add mushrooms or sliced onions for variation.
