Ingredients

  • 16 oz refrigerated peanut butter cookie dough
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • nonstick cooking spray for greasing the slow cooker

Method

  1. Lightly grease the inside of the slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray, or use a slow cooker liner.
  2. Break the peanut butter cookie dough into small chunks.
  3. Scatter the cookie dough chunks evenly across the bottom of the slow cooker.
  4. Drizzle the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the cookie dough.
  5. Sprinkle the semi-sweet chocolate chips over the top.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 2–3 hours, checking around the 2-hour mark.
  7. Cook until the edges look set and the center is soft but no longer raw.
  8. Turn off the slow cooker and let the dessert rest uncovered for 10–15 minutes.
  9. Scoop into bowls and serve warm.

Notes

Vanilla ice cream is highly recommended for serving. Check early if your slow cooker runs hot, as the edges can set faster than the center.
