Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 head iceberg lettuce chopped
  • 1 red onion chopped
  • 10 oz green peas thawed
  • 10 oz cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 cup cauliflower chopped
  • 1.25 cups mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 0.66 cup parmesan cheese grated

Method
 

  1. Cook bacon until crispy, crumble, and set aside.
  2. Layer lettuce in a large bowl, followed by onion, peas, cheese, and cauliflower.
  3. Top with crumbled bacon.
  4. Whisk together mayonnaise, sugar, and Parmesan cheese.
  5. Spread or drizzle dressing over the top.
  6. Refrigerate until chilled before serving.

Notes

For best presentation, use a clear glass bowl to show off the layers. Toss just before serving if you prefer a more evenly mixed salad.
