Method
- Whisk flour, salt, baking soda, cinnamon, and espresso powder.
- Cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
- Mix in vanilla and Baileys.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing lightly.
- Fold in dry ingredients until just combined.
- Stir in chocolate chips.
- Chill dough for at least 2 hours.
- Preheat oven to 375°F and scoop large dough balls.
- Bake 10–12 minutes until edges are golden and centers soft.
- Cool before transferring to rack.
