Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking tray if desired.
- Cut crab legs in half and arrange them evenly on the baking tray.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, Creole seasoning, and lemon juice.
- Brush or spoon the butter mixture generously over the crab legs.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, until crab legs are heated through.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges and remaining butter sauce.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes. Serve with crusty bread to soak up the butter sauce.
