Ingredients
  

  • 500 g crab legs
  • 1/2 cup butter melted
  • 2 tsp Creole seasoning
  • 2 tsp parsley chopped
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp garlic minced
  • lemon wedges for serving

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking tray if desired.
  2. Cut crab legs in half and arrange them evenly on the baking tray.
  3. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, Creole seasoning, and lemon juice.
  4. Brush or spoon the butter mixture generously over the crab legs.
  5. Bake for 12–15 minutes, until crab legs are heated through.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges and remaining butter sauce.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes. Serve with crusty bread to soak up the butter sauce.
