- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Pat chicken dry and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Arrange in a single layer in the prepared baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, lemon juice, onion powder, salt, and parsley until smooth and creamy.
- Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over the chicken breasts, coating well. Drizzle with olive oil or melted butter.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until chicken reaches 165°F internally and topping is golden and bubbly.
- Broil for 2–3 minutes for extra browning if desired. Let rest 5 minutes, garnish with additional herbs, and serve.
Notes
Delicious served with roasted vegetables, rice, or pasta. Add spinach or crispy bacon to the cheese mixture for a variation.
