Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley or chives, chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika optional
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or melted butter

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. Pat chicken dry and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Arrange in a single layer in the prepared baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, lemon juice, onion powder, salt, and parsley until smooth and creamy.
  4. Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over the chicken breasts, coating well. Drizzle with olive oil or melted butter.
  5. Bake for 25–30 minutes until chicken reaches 165°F internally and topping is golden and bubbly.
  6. Broil for 2–3 minutes for extra browning if desired. Let rest 5 minutes, garnish with additional herbs, and serve.

Notes

Delicious served with roasted vegetables, rice, or pasta. Add spinach or crispy bacon to the cheese mixture for a variation.
