  • 0.75 lb chicken breast cooked, diced
  • 0.5 cup celery finely diced
  • 0.33 cup pickles finely diced
  • 0.25 cup mayonnaise light

  • 2 tbsp parsley fresh, chopped
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp lemon juice fresh
