Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp seasoned salt
  • 12 oz refrigerated biscuits cut into quarters (2 cans)

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, cheddar cheese, vegetables, garlic powder, and seasoned salt until combined.
  3. Cut biscuits into quarters and gently fold them into the chicken mixture.
  4. Spread mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
  5. Bake for 35–45 minutes, or until biscuits are cooked through and top is golden.
  6. Let cool slightly before serving and enjoy.

Notes

Add extra veggies or swap cheddar for mozzarella for variation. Cover loosely if top browns too quickly.
