Ingredients
  

  • 1 box chocolate cake mix
  • 1 box fudge brownie mix
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 1/4 cups water
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 12 oz semi sweet chocolate morsels 1 bag

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour a Bundt pan or coat with baking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, combine chocolate cake mix, brownie mix, eggs, water, and oil. Whisk for about 2 minutes until mostly smooth.
  3. Pour batter into prepared Bundt pan and bake for 50–55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out mostly clean.
  4. Cool cake in pan for 5 minutes, then carefully invert onto a wire rack and cool completely for about 30 minutes.
  5. For the ganache, heat heavy cream in a microwave-safe bowl until just boiling.
  6. Add chocolate morsels to the hot cream and let sit 5 minutes. Whisk until smooth and glossy.
  7. Pour ganache evenly over cooled cake before slicing and serving.

Notes

For extra decadence, top with chocolate curls or fresh berries. Store covered at room temperature for up to 3 days.
