- In a large bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
- Whisk in melted butter, egg, and milk until just combined. Let batter rest for 5 minutes.
- Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat and lightly coat with cooking spray.
- Pour about 1/4 cup batter for each pancake onto the hot skillet.
- Cook 2–3 minutes until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook another 1–2 minutes until golden.
- Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
Notes
Add blueberries or chocolate chips to the batter for variation. Serve with maple syrup, butter, or fresh fruit.
