- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Cream butter and sugars, then add eggs.

- Add flour and oats, mixing until combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips and walnuts.
- Drop large spoonfuls onto baking sheet.
- Bake 12–15 minutes until golden and set.
Notes
For softer cookies, bake closer to 10–12 minutes. These cookies are meant to be big, rustic, and chewy.
