Method
- Stir boiling water into gelatin until fully dissolved.
- Mix in cranberry sauce until smooth.
- Fold in drained pineapple.
- Pour into serving dish.
- Top with nuts if using.
- Chill 3–4 hours until set.
Notes
For cleaner slices, chill overnight. You can also mold it in decorative pans for a more classic holiday presentation.
