Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 2 boxes cherry gelatin 3 oz each
  • 1 can jellied cranberry sauce 15-16 oz
  • 1 can crushed pineapple 20 oz, well-drained
  • 0.5 cup pecans or walnuts finely chopped, optional

Method
 

  1. Stir boiling water into gelatin until fully dissolved.
  2. Mix in cranberry sauce until smooth.
  3. Fold in drained pineapple.
  4. Pour into serving dish.
  5. Top with nuts if using.
  6. Chill 3–4 hours until set.

Notes

For cleaner slices, chill overnight. You can also mold it in decorative pans for a more classic holiday presentation.
