Method
- Toss apples with lemon juice to prevent browning.
- Whisk mayonnaise and brown sugar until smooth.
- Add apples, celery, grapes, pecans, and cranberries.

Notes
For a lighter version, swap half (or all) of the mayonnaise with Greek yogurt. A pinch of cinnamon or a drizzle of honey can add a subtle seasonal twist.
