Ingredients
  

  • 4 Honeycrisp apples cubed
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 0.33 cup mayonnaise
  • 1.5 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 ribs celery thinly sliced
  • 1 cup red grapes halved
  • 0.5 cup pecans chopped
  • 0.5 cup dried cranberries

Method
 

  1. Toss apples with lemon juice to prevent browning.
  2. Whisk mayonnaise and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Add apples, celery, grapes, pecans, and cranberries.
  4. Stir until evenly coated.
  5. Cover and chill at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

For a lighter version, swap half (or all) of the mayonnaise with Greek yogurt. A pinch of cinnamon or a drizzle of honey can add a subtle seasonal twist.
