Crock Pot Chicken and Stuffing

Ingredients
  

  • 10.5 oz cream of chicken soup 1 can
  • 6 oz stuffing mix 1 box
  • 3/4 cup water divided
  • 16 oz frozen green beans 1 bag
  • 3-4 large chicken breasts salted and peppered
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Method
 

  1. Place seasoned chicken breasts in the bottom of the crock pot.
  2. In a bowl, mix cream of chicken soup, sour cream, stuffing mix, and half of the water until combined.
  3. Spread stuffing mixture evenly over the chicken.
  4. Add frozen green beans around the edges and pour in remaining water.
  5. Cover and cook on HIGH for 4 hours or LOW for 6–7 hours, until chicken is tender and fully cooked.
  6. Serve warm with stuffing and green beans spooned over the chicken.

Notes

Try adding shredded cheddar or diced onions for extra flavor. Cream of mushroom soup also works well as a substitute.
