Method
- Place seasoned chicken breasts in the bottom of the crock pot.
- In a bowl, mix cream of chicken soup, sour cream, stuffing mix, and half of the water until combined.
- Spread stuffing mixture evenly over the chicken.
- Add frozen green beans around the edges and pour in remaining water.
- Cover and cook on HIGH for 4 hours or LOW for 6–7 hours, until chicken is tender and fully cooked.
- Serve warm with stuffing and green beans spooned over the chicken.
Notes
Try adding shredded cheddar or diced onions for extra flavor. Cream of mushroom soup also works well as a substitute.
