- Add pierogies, chicken broth, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and sliced kielbasa to the crock pot.
- Season lightly with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Cover and cook on HIGH for 3–4 hours or LOW for 6 hours, stirring occasionally if possible.
- Stir gently before serving until creamy and well combined.
- Serve hot with a green salad and crusty bread if desired.
Notes
Try adding sautéed onions or crispy bacon for extra flavor. Mini pierogies work especially well for easy serving.
