Method
- Cook pasta until al dente, then drain and cool.
- Whisk mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, vinegar, sugar, and spices.
- Add pasta, eggs, celery, onions, and relish.
- Gently fold until evenly coated.
- Chill at least 1 hour before serving.
- Garnish with paprika and parsley before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a splash of pickle juice or a pinch of smoked paprika. Best served cold after chilling.
