Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 450 g white chocolate chips 2 bags
  • 500 g mini marshmallows 2 bags
  • 1 1/2 cups gumdrops chopped red and green

Method
 

  1. Line a 9x9-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Cut gumdrops in half and set aside.
  3. In a heatproof bowl over simmering water (double boiler), melt butter, white chocolate chips, and marshmallows, stirring constantly until smooth.
  4. Remove from heat and let cool slightly for a few minutes.
  5. Stir in chopped gumdrops until evenly distributed.
  6. Transfer mixture to prepared pan and spread evenly using parchment paper to prevent sticking.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm. Cut into bars before serving.

Notes

Store in the fridge for best texture. Add nuts or swap gumdrops for dried fruit for variation.
