Method
- Shake vinegar, oil, sugar, mustard, and salt in a jar until combined.
- Place cabbage and carrots in a large bowl.
- Pour dressing over and toss thoroughly.
- Let sit 20 minutes to soften slightly.
- Serve fresh.
Notes
Add a pinch of black pepper or a handful of fresh herbs for variation. Keeps well in the fridge for up to 2 days.
