Ingredients
  

  • 16 oz strawberries sliced
  • 11 oz blueberries
  • 4 kiwis peeled and sliced
  • 0.5 cup grapes
  • 2 cups cantaloupe cubed
  • 3 clementines peeled and segmented
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 2 tsp poppy seeds
  • fresh mint optional, chopped

Method
 

  1. Cut all fruit into similar bite-sized pieces and place in a large bowl.
  2. Whisk together honey, lemon juice, lemon zest, and poppy seeds.
  3. Pour dressing over fruit and gently toss to combine.
  4. Add fresh mint if using and chill or serve immediately.

Notes
