Ingredients
  

  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp oregano dried
  • 1 clove garlic finely grated
  • 1/4 tsp chili flakes
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup red onion minced
  • 1/4 cup sweet pepper rings chopped
  • 4 oz turkey breast diced
  • 4 oz ham diced
  • 4 oz salami diced
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese shredded
  • 2 cups iceberg lettuce shredded
  • phyllo cups or tortilla cups for serving

Method
 

  1. Whisk mayonnaise, vinegar, oregano, garlic, chili flakes, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  2. Fold in red onion and chopped sweet peppers.
  3. Add diced turkey, ham, salami, mozzarella, and parmesan. Mix gently.
  4. Fold in shredded lettuce just before serving to keep it crisp.
  5. Serve chilled with phyllo or tortilla cups.

Notes

Add lettuce just before serving to maintain crunch. This dip can be prepped ahead without lettuce and mixed in at the last minute.
