Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp butter salted
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 16 oz frozen corn 1 bag
  • 2 oz cream cheese cut into chunks
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt butter and honey together until smooth.
  2. Add frozen corn and cook 5–8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until heated through and tender.
  3. Stir in cream cheese, salt, and black pepper. Cook another 3–5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until creamy and fully combined.
  4. Serve warm and enjoy immediately.

Notes

For extra flavor, stir in a pinch of paprika or top with fresh chopped parsley. Delicious alongside chicken, pork, or holiday ham.
