Ingredients
  

  • 1 Honeycrisp apple chopped
  • 1 bunch broccoli chopped into florets
  • 0.5 cup red onion chopped
  • 0.5 cup raisins
  • 0.5 cup sunflower seeds
  • 4 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 0.75 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 0.5 cup sugar or honey
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Whisk yogurt, milk, vinegar, sweetener, salt, and pepper until smooth; chill.
  2. Combine apple, broccoli, onion, raisins, and sunflower seeds.
  3. Pour dressing over and toss gently.
  4. Let sit 30–60 minutes for flavors to blend.
  5. Top with bacon before serving.

Notes

For extra crunch, add the sunflower seeds just before serving. You can also swap yogurt for mayonnaise for a richer version.
