Method
- Whisk dressing ingredients until smooth.
- Layer lettuce in a large glass bowl.
- Add pasta, peppers, onion, peas, celery, ham, and olives in layers.
- Spread dressing evenly over the top.
- Finish with shredded cheese.
- Cover and refrigerate at least 5 hours.
- Toss just before serving.
Notes
For best results, use a clear bowl to show off the layers. You can swap ham for turkey or chicken, or add bacon for extra flavor.
