Ingredients
  

  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.75 cup sour cream
  • 2 tsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 0.5 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 3 cups macaroni pasta cooked
  • 3 cups romaine lettuce chopped
  • 0.5 red bell pepper diced
  • 0.25 cup red onion finely diced
  • 0.5 cup green peas thawed
  • 0.33 cup celery chopped
  • 1.5 cups ham diced
  • 0.33 cup black olives
  • 0.5 cup cheddar cheese shredded

Method
 

  1. Whisk dressing ingredients until smooth.
  2. Layer lettuce in a large glass bowl.
  3. Add pasta, peppers, onion, peas, celery, ham, and olives in layers.
  4. Spread dressing evenly over the top.
  5. Finish with shredded cheese.
  6. Cover and refrigerate at least 5 hours.
  7. Toss just before serving.

Notes

For best results, use a clear bowl to show off the layers. You can swap ham for turkey or chicken, or add bacon for extra flavor.
