Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup mayonnaise or plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tsp seasoning salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, seasoning salt, black pepper, and garlic powder until well combined.
  3. Arrange chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish and spread the Parmesan mixture evenly over each piece.
  4. Bake for about 45 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and the topping is golden.
  5. Let rest for a few minutes before serving warm.

Notes

Greek yogurt makes a lighter version, while adding breadcrumbs on top gives a crisp finish. Great served with rice or roasted vegetables.
