- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Cook spaghetti in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, and cottage cheese until smooth and well combined.
- Brown ground beef in a skillet, drain excess fat, then stir in spaghetti sauce.
- Place slices of butter in a 9x13-inch baking dish. Add half of the cooked spaghetti on top.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the noodles.
- Layer remaining spaghetti over the cream cheese mixture and top with remaining butter slices.
- Pour meat sauce over the top and sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes until hot and bubbly. Let rest 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
Try mozzarella or a cheese blend for extra meltiness. Letting it rest before serving helps layers set cleanly.
