Ingredients
  

  • 2.25 cups water
  • 3.4 oz tapioca pudding mix cook and serve
  • 3.5 oz vanilla pudding mix instant
  • 3 oz orange gelatin mix
  • 8 oz whipped topping thawed
  • 14 oz mandarin oranges drained

Method
 

  1. Combine water, tapioca pudding, vanilla pudding, and orange gelatin in a saucepan.
  2. Cook over medium heat until mixture begins to boil.
  3. Remove from heat and let cool completely.
  4. Fold in mandarin oranges and whipped topping.
  5. Transfer to a dish and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes

Make sure the pudding mixture is fully cooled before adding whipped topping to keep it light and fluffy. Chill longer for a firmer texture.
