Method
- Combine water, tapioca pudding, vanilla pudding, and orange gelatin in a saucepan.
- Cook over medium heat until mixture begins to boil.
- Remove from heat and let cool completely.
- Fold in mandarin oranges and whipped topping.
- Transfer to a dish and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
Make sure the pudding mixture is fully cooled before adding whipped topping to keep it light and fluffy. Chill longer for a firmer texture.
