Ingredients

  • 6 oz peach gelatin
  • 2 cups water boiling
  • 2.5 cups pretzels crushed
  • 0.25 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 8 tbsp butter melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.5 cup sugar
  • 8 oz whipped topping thawed
  • 2.5 cups peaches fresh, sliced

Method

  1. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water and let cool to room temperature.
  2. Mix crushed pretzels, butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Press into a 9x13 dish.
  3. Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes and cool completely.
  4. Beat cream cheese and sugar until fluffy, then fold in whipped topping.
  5. Spread cream layer over crust, sealing edges.
  6. Pour cooled gelatin over and arrange peaches on top.
  7. Refrigerate 2–4 hours until set.

Notes

Make sure the cream layer fully covers the crust edges to prevent the jello from seeping down. Best served well chilled.
