Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground breakfast sausage uncooked
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 1/2 cups Bisquick
  • 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese shredded
  • 4 cups shredded hashbrowns frozen

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine sausage, cream cheese, Bisquick, cheddar cheese, and hashbrowns until fully mixed.
  3. Form mixture into 1 1/2-inch balls and place evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until browned and cooked through.
  5. Serve warm and enjoy.

Notes

Add diced jalapeños for a spicy kick or swap cheddar for pepper jack. Best served fresh and hot.
