Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 5 1/2 cups skim milk
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp peppermint extract
  • 2 cups milk chocolate chips
  • marshmallows optional topping
  • mini candy canes optional topping

Method
 

  1. Add heavy cream, milk, condensed milk, peppermint extract, and chocolate chips to slow cooker.
  2. Cook on LOW for 2 hours, stirring occasionally until smooth and hot.
  3. Stir well, then ladle into mugs.
  4. Top with marshmallows and candy canes if desired and serve warm.

Notes

Stir occasionally to prevent chocolate from settling. Adjust peppermint extract to taste for a stronger or milder flavor.
