- Add heavy cream, milk, condensed milk, peppermint extract, and chocolate chips to slow cooker.
- Cook on LOW for 2 hours, stirring occasionally until smooth and hot.
- Stir well, then ladle into mugs.
- Top with marshmallows and candy canes if desired and serve warm.
Notes
Stir occasionally to prevent chocolate from settling. Adjust peppermint extract to taste for a stronger or milder flavor.
