Method
- Optionally toast bread lightly for extra crispness.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter with Parmesan, garlic powder, and oregano.
- Arrange bread slices in a single layer on a baking sheet or in an air fryer basket.
- Spread butter mixture evenly over each slice of bread.
- Top with shredded mozzarella and add one slice of provolone to each piece.
- Air fry at 350°F for 5 minutes or bake at 375°F for 6–7 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with dried parsley if desired and serve warm.
Notes
Add red pepper flakes for a spicy kick or swap cheeses for cheddar or Italian blend. Best served immediately.
