Ingredients
  

  • 4 tbsp butter melted
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 6 slices provolone cheese
  • 6 slices Texas toast thick sliced bread
  • 1/2 tsp dried parsley optional garnish

Method
 

  1. Optionally toast bread lightly for extra crispness.
  2. In a bowl, mix melted butter with Parmesan, garlic powder, and oregano.
  3. Arrange bread slices in a single layer on a baking sheet or in an air fryer basket.
  4. Spread butter mixture evenly over each slice of bread.
  5. Top with shredded mozzarella and add one slice of provolone to each piece.
  6. Air fry at 350°F for 5 minutes or bake at 375°F for 6–7 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Garnish with dried parsley if desired and serve warm.

Notes

Add red pepper flakes for a spicy kick or swap cheeses for cheddar or Italian blend. Best served immediately.
