Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
  • 1/3 large onion chopped
  • 1 can green chilies small can
  • 1 can enchilada sauce
  • 2 oz cream cheese
  • 1 bag Fritos corn chips
  • 1 bag shredded cheese
  • 3/4 cup lettuce shredded
  • 1/2 cup tomato diced
  • 16 oz salsa
  • 8 oz sour cream

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a skillet, brown ground beef with chopped onion until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in green chilies, enchilada sauce, and cream cheese. Cook until cream cheese is melted and mixture is well combined.
  4. In a 9x13-inch baking dish, layer Fritos, meat mixture, and shredded cheese. Repeat layers if desired.
  5. Bake for 15–20 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Serve topped with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, salsa, and sour cream as desired.

Notes

Add black beans or corn for extra texture. Serve immediately to keep chips crunchy.
