Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups Whole-wheat flour
1/2 cup Brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp Nutmeg
1 1/4 tsp Baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup pumpkin puree
1/4 cup Canola Oil
1/2 cup milk
1 cup diced apples
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray a 12 cup muffin tin with oil or use paper liners. Mix ingredients together and spoon into prepared muffin cups, filling about 3/4 full. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes.
