Banana Pudding Cake

You’ll Need:

3 cups white flour.
2 cups granulated sugar.
150 g of softened sugar.
5 eggs .
2 tablespoons of pure vanilla extract.
15 g of baking powder.
1 cup of milk.
a box of sugar-free banana instant pudding mix.
4 medium bananas.

FOR FILLING:
1 cup whipped cream.
1 1/4 cup skim milk.
Mix these two ingredients and let them cool in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.

INSTRUCTIONS:

-Preheat oven 350 degrees F & prepare 3 pans.

-Cream sugar, butter to light & fluffy, adding egg whites and 3 eggs, vanilla extract. Beat well.

-In another bowl, combine the wet ingredients, then add our creamy mix, divide the batter for 3 and pour into moulds. Bake for 30 minutes and let them cool for 10 minutes.

-Place first layer on serving plate, brush [To brush layers: Mix the following: 1 tbsp. sweetened condensed milk – 1 tbsp. skim milk]. Using sliced ​​bananas, line the slices on top of the cake. spread 1/3 of the topping mixture over the bananas.

-Repeat this step 3 times. and let the cake cool.
