New way to serve potatoes

You’ll Need:

Mashed potatoes.
Butter.
Cooked bacon.
Cheese.
Parsley.
Green onion.
Garlic
Or you can add any yummy ingredients you want.

How to:

-Mix the mashed potatoes with butter and any additional ingredient you choose and stuff it into a greased muffin tin.

-Even to the top and brush with melted butter or olive oil.

-Bake in a preheated oven to 375° until tops are crispy and golden.

Quick tip: Use low-fat dairy products to make this side dish lighter.
