Pecan Cream Cheese Rolls

Ingredients:

1 can Refrigerated Crescent Roll Dough (8 rolls)

8 oz Cream Cheese (softened)

1/2 cup Sugar

1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

1/2 cup Chopped Pecans

2 tablespoons Butter (melted)

1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon

Powdered Sugar for dusting (optional)

Instructions:

-Start by setting your oven to 350°F (175°C).

-In a mixing bowl, blend the softened cream cheese with sugar and vanilla extract until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

-Unroll the crescent roll dough on a clean surface and separate it into individual triangles.

-On each triangle of dough, evenly spread a generous layer of the cream cheese mixture. Then, sprinkle the chopped pecans over the cream cheese.

-Starting from the wider end, roll up each triangle tightly to form the crescent shape.

-Brush the top of each roll with melted butter, and sprinkle a mix of cinnamon and a little extra sugar over them.

-Arrange the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake them in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until they turn golden brown.

-Let the rolls cool down for a few minutes after baking. If desired, dust them with powdered sugar before serving.
