Method
- Chop tomatoes, jalapeños, white onion, red onion, cilantro, and garlic, then add to a large bowl.
- Add fresh lime juice, cumin, sea salt, and chili powder.
- Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are evenly combined.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve to allow flavors to develop.
Notes
For less heat, remove jalapeño seeds. Best served fresh but can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 days.
