Mongolian Ground Beef Noodles

Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup hoisin sauce
2/3 cup beef broth
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
16 oz box of linguine, spaghetti, or rice noodles
Green onion, optional for garnish

Instructions:

-Begin by cooking the noodles according to the package instructions. Choose between linguine, spaghetti, or rice noodles based on your preference or dietary needs. Once cooked, drain and set aside.

-In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat until browned and no longer pink.

-To the same skillet, add the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, beef broth, brown sugar, ground ginger, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, and ground black pepper. Stir well to combine.

-Add the cooked noodles to the skillet, tossing to ensure they are fully coated in the savory sauce. Let the mixture simmer for a few minutes until everything is heated through and the flavors have melded together.

-Optionally, sprinkle chopped green onions over the top for a pop of color and added flavor.
