MOST AMAZING AND SUPER EASY POT ROAST IN A SLOW COOKER

Pot roast is a great meal and this pot roast is ms my go-to dinner recipe for every busy day. It’s rich and flavorful, packed with soft vegetables and ultra-tender shreds of meat that literally melt in the mouth. And by thinning the fried slurry out and thickening the blend, the gravy has been so thick, it’s outstanding as a gravy for almost everything.
It is my favorite recommendation that I found when it comes to preparing a meal called slow cooker pot roast. It’s simple and tastes really tasty.
A warm and hearty meal bowl… a pot roast is a very easy dish that you can cook anytime and a wonderful full meal.

INGREDIENTS NEEDED:

• 1 Large sp.Of flour.
• 1/2 Small sp.Of black pepper
• 2 bacon slices.
• 3 Lbs.Of boneless beef chuck.
• 2 large chopped onions.
• 4 extracted garlic cloves.
• 340 gr.Of dark beer.
• 1 Large sp.Of McCormick Chili-Mix.
• 1 minced chipotle pepper.
• 1 Small sp.Of chopped raisins.
• 1 Small sp.Of peanut butter.
• 1 Small sp.Of cumin.

FOR GARNISH:
• Fresh parsley.

PREPARATION METHOD:

Step 1– Combine the flour with salt and pepper, and season the roast with a combination of flour.

Step 2– In a heavy-gauge cast-iron skillet, cook the bacon until crisp, then cut the bacon and put it aside. Wipe the rest of the fat off the plate.

Step 3– Brown one side of the roast over high heat, slide in, then top with the onions and garlic to brown the other side.it takes around 4 minutes for each side.

Step 4– Cover with the bacon bits, chili, chipotle pepper, raisins, peanut butter, cumin, and parsley.

Step 5– Apply the beer to the roast and add enough water that it only slightly coats it. You ought to braise and not simmer it.

Step 6– On top of the stove or in a cast iron pot in an oven preheated to 150 ° C, cover and boil gently over low heat, around 20 mins per 1.5 lbs or until the beef is fork-tender your casserole dish over low heat for six to eight hours.
